Quality Improvement Relationships

  • Facilitated a multi-division team to establish agency Key Performance Indicators at the contract and program levels. 
  • Developed and implemented methods to measure and track Behavioral Health Key Performance Indicators. 
  • Facilitated and led strategic initiatives workgroups for Data Driven Decision Making and Clinical Care Outcomes

Business Intelligence and Data Systems

  • Extensive development of Power BI dashboards and visualizations using DAX, M and SQL based on your agency’s current data systems. 
  • Crystal Reports custom development for both outcome and process analysis for legacy systems. 
  • Analysis and modeling of client and program outcome data using SPSS, Python, R, STATA, and Excel.
  • Development and testing of Machine Learning models utilizing STATA, Python and R. 
  • Development of data systems customized to work with existing EMR or other agency data. 
  • Development of a local MIS system for a women’s substance abuse prevention program.

Clinical Program Development and Grants

Our team has excelled in the development of funding and program development for many areas of clinical care and community development: 

  • Secured $400K of new revenue to support housing programs. 
  • Secured $300K of new agency funding in youth gang prevention and residential substance abuse programs for monolingual Spanish-speaking men. 
  • Secured $200K of new funding for a tri-county substance abuse treatment program. 
  • Collaborative grant writing resulting in $5 million of revenue to county Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health department for Healthy Start/Babies First and Black Infant Health programs. 
  • Partnered with clinical services providers to integrate assessment and outcome evaluation processes into outpatient child and adolescent mental health services. 
  • Consultation and training of clinical services providers in the interpretation and application of outcome and assessment data to clinical practice.
